Universal Warriors (Chapter 11, Page 65)

Early on Monday morning Lance and Sheryl drove back to school. When they got there Sheryl went to her room and was relieved that Lance had already sent people to clean up the mess that had been made in her room. She had to remember to thank him for it later. She quickly had her bath and prepared for her classes. RenĂ©e arrived just as she was about to make her way to class. They didn’t talk much because they were both in such a hurry. Sheryl was glad that the medicine they had given her was highly effective; all her cuts had healed perfectly and apart from the almost non-existent scars; nobody could tell anything had happened at all.

Larry entered the cool office and walked straight to the receptionist’s desk and asked to see Sandra. The receptionist told him to go right through. He thanked her and walked into Sandra's office, she was on the phone when he entered and she gestured for him to sit down. He sat in one of the chairs at the edge of the desk and waited for her to finish her call.
Sandra looked good for a woman in her forties, she had a radiant smile and the only lines that one saw on her face were the laugh lines around her mouth. She had smooth clear clean that most women would kill for. She had a roundish face with a small forehead and big brown eyes that would charm the socks off any guy, her button nose added to her cute appeal and her thin lips were somehow always curled into a smile. She was always cheerful despite the countless amounts of stress she had to deal with on her job. Larry didn’t know much about her but from the few meetings they had had, he could tell that she had kind heart and she really cared about the people she was supposed to protect.
