Universal Warriors (Chapter 18, Page 113)

“This is getting too complicated” he thought.

Jack banged his fist on the table in frustration. He couldn’t understand how she could have lost the tapes but that was the least of his problems. He needed the formula. He felt so close yet so far away. That formula would make him extremely rich; it was pure genius. Sheryl’s parents had single handedly discovered a way to thicken the epidermis layer of the skin by combining the skin cells with the molecular structure used to make the Teflon polymer found in bullet proof vests thereby making the skin virtually indestructible.
‘Molecular infusion’ they had called it.

Soldiers would go for combat without worrying about dying on their first patrol. It was perfect insurance for any combat soldier and it didn’t hurt that the formula was worth millions of dollars maybe even billions depending on the highest bidder.
Jack imagined the vast amount of things he could do with the money he could earn from selling the formula. He could retire early and buy and an island somewhere in the Caribbean and live there for the rest of his life; sun bathing in the warm sun and sipping cocktail drinks. He would certainly enjoy a life of such luxury.
He remembered when he had first found out that Sheryl’s parents had discovered the formula. They had all been working as bio-chemical scientists at Universal.....
