“We need to bring her in and explain everything to her” the commander told him.
“When?” Lance asked
“Now; She will be safer here” the commander said with a sense of urgency.
“What about Jack?” Larry asked.
“Sheryl is our priority right now” the commander told her.
“I’m going to get her” Lance said opening the door to leave.
“Lance!” the commander stopped him in his tracks.
“Yes sir” he responded.
“Try not to alarm her; she needs to know we are the good guys” the commander advised him.
“Yes sir” Lance replied and left.
“Someone needs to call Ed and let him know to keep a close eye on Renée” the commander said.
“I’ll call him” Mackenzie offered.
“Very well; dismissed” the commander told them and they both left.
